Cancellation Policy

As EmotiveBreathes pieces are made to order, cancellation requests should be made as soon as possible after placing an order.

An order may be cancelled for a full refund before work on the piece has begun.

​

Once embroidery or production has started, the order cannot normally be cancelled, as time and materials have already been committed specifically to your piece.

Custom & Personalised Pieces

For custom or personalised commissions, cancellation terms may be discussed and agreed upon before work begins.

​

If EmotiveBreathes is unable to fulfil an order for any reason, you will be contacted and any amount paid for the unfulfilled order will be refunded.
