Returns & Refunds

Every EmotiveBreathes piece is individually made by hand. Small variations in colour, stitch placement and texture are part of the handmade process and make each piece unique.

As pieces are made to order, returns or exchanges are generally not accepted for change of mind.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive an incorrect item, please contact EmotiveBreathes within 48 hours of delivery, along with clear photographs of the item and its packaging. We will review the issue and work with you toward an appropriate resolution.

If a return is approved, the item should be unused and returned in its original condition and packaging. Refunds, replacements or other resolutions will be determined based on the circumstances of the order.

Custom & Personalised Pieces

Custom or personalised pieces cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged, defective, or materially different from the agreed design.

Please note that minor differences resulting from hand embroidery are not considered defects
